«A lovely guest house, with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Our room, although fairly small, was clean and comfortable. We were given access to a lovely sitting room and, as we were the only guests staying at the time, we really appreciated that we could just put our pj's on and relax in front of a roaring log burner. «Loved the hotel! It was clean, nice room and close by the center of Inverness. A beautiful location by the river with gave us i nice view from our room. A good breakfast also. The only thing is that it was not an elevator in my building så i had to drag my suitcase up 4 stairs. But it did mot matter for the total experience. »

«I LOVED staying at the oak tree in cabins. Check in was smooth and was surprisingly upgraded to their premium cabin pods which was a nice surprise. Lady at reception was so efficient with clear communication on how to find the cabin. Staff were so kind and food was amazing. Will definitely come again!»

«We booked for a long weekend in December and had a lovely break. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from welcoming us at reception to chatting at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. We had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food, not to mention the attentive service. The hotel grounds are outstanding , with the River Tay running through. We will be back. »
