«A very warm welcome from our host Margaret. Issues with messages through Expedia led to not getting an updating message from her. Frustrating for her and us. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Helpful suggestions made for eateries and places to visit. Will be staying again as it matched our requirements perfectly.»

«Great location, fabulous views of the rolling hills and loch, together with a real sense of 'getting away from it all'. The downstairs of the cottage was cosy and adequately equipped. We particularly enjoyed the open fire that was set up ready to go, we only had to light it and there was plenty of spare wood to burn. A point for our own learning is that next time we will select somewhere that does not welcome pets as many parts of the upstairs did smell like dogs were there before us. So much so ...

«We both loved the location. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. Lovely spacious rooms. We would use again. There was a damp smell in the property, and a sewerage smell when the back door was open into the kitchen!!. We still had a great stay within the grounds of the estate. And I'm sure Liz the host will look into anything I've mentioned, to improve it for her next guests»

The actual property was comfortable, spacious and a splendid place to me. I cannot recommend the whole package highly enough.»
