«My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. »

«Close to the beach (15 min walk), but what we appreciated the most were that they had bicycles to use. The condition of the bikes was just okay, so you have to be a bit picky, but they were great for getting around since there seemed to be no local bus service in the area. It took about 20 min to ride to the archeological park and just a few min to get to the beach where there is a long promenade along the beach. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant.»

«Wir haben bedauert, nicht einen Tag länger geblieben zu sein. Der Weg zu den Tempel ist nicht lang und somit ist der Standort günstig. Schräg gegenüber ist eine Bar mit netten Bedienungen, falls man das Frühstück nicht selber machen möchte.»

The hotel consisted of two buildings, both of which looked well-kept, surrounded by well-maintained green areas with elegant and comfortable furniture for outdoor leisure and a separate lovely relax garden on a large lawn with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. «The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers. It had a nice balcony with chairs. The free breakfast was so great! The Buffalo Mozzarella and tomatoes with real flavour»

«Gir seg ut for å være et luksushotell med bilder av store utendørsbassenger. Imidlerid er det bare noen små kulper det er lov å bade i. Greit å kjøle seg ned i. Få solsenger. I helgene er det alltid store bråkete brylluper. Dårlig service, man må spørre for å få den minste ting, ingen opplyser om at hotellet har egen strand og shuttlebus til og fra. Fin strand med god mat, men elendig og treg service. Ingen kan snakke annet enn italiensk.»
