The LOVE SUITE is designed to guarantee you maximum privacy and autonomy from the very first moment.
Access is via SELF CHECK-IN: shortly before arrival, you will receive your personal CODE to enter in total freedom, without waiting and without time constraints.

Arrive, enter... and your experience can begin immediately.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 ID VERIFICATION (REQUIRED)
After booking you will receive:
• the TOURIST LEASE AGREEMENT to be signed digitally — we use written form as required for lease agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1(4) + DL 50/2017).
• the LINK to REGISTER ID DOCUMENTS, required for reporting to Public Security authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🔑 ACCESS CARD – IMPORTANT
After the first entry with the CODE, the CARD becomes the only key to enter and also activates the electricity.
⚠️ Always carry it with you: if it remains inside, it will not be possible to re-enter without the host's intervention.


🚭 NO SMOKING
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the suite (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors are installed and will trigger the alarm.


🚫 TOILET – ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION
Do not dispose of PAPER, WIPES, SANITARY PRODUCTS or any other items in the toilet (risk of clogs and damage).
In case of clogs/damage caused by improper use, we will forward the PLUMBER’S INVOICE.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION
Please use water responsibly and avoid waste: in Sicily it’s a precious resource, especially during the summer months.
