The Roath-Hof is quietly situated (20 minutes walk from the village centre of Schenna, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop) on the sunny side of the Merano countryside amidst apple meadows and vineyards. The Waalweg, which is in the immediate vicinity, is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes. A specially constructed basin in the Waal offers you the possibility of a Kneipp tour (200 m away).

The flat offers a private south-facing balcony with panoramic view, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom, bed linen and towels, SAT-TV, radio, safe, free WLAN, parking space.
