This house has 4 big bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is beautifully and conveniently located close to major attractions and highways. Only 15 minutes away from Camelback and you can enjoy the privacy of 4 acres of land.

We have the outdoor pool 14' x 42" (for Summertime only: Memorial Day - Labor Day). NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, so you have to watch kids at all times!!!
Please ask owner for instructions (maintain pool during the stay)

POOL RULES:
Outdoor pool is a very nice feature especially in the Summer, but to enjoy it, it has to be maintained properly.
To enjoy nice and clean water please follow these rules:
1. Please rinse your feet before entering the pool with garden hose available under the deck. This will ensure clean water for longer time.
2. You can take out floaty with chlorine during the use of the pool, so it doesn’t obstruct you and doesn’t get broken, but make sure THE FLOATY IS PUT BACK INTO THE POOL WHEN YOU’RE NOT USING IT!!!!. Otherwise the water will turn green and we will have to replace the filter and add clarifying products which is expensive and you will be charged $75. In some cases the entire water needs to be replaced and that cost $300.
3. During longer stays (3 or more days) it’s good to take the filter out and rinse it with hose water to ensure proper functioning and then put back into place. If you’re not sure how, please ask owner for instructions before doing it.
4. Use of any kind of slime or other sticky substances is FORBIDDEN as this clogs up the filter and can burn the pump. The water must be replaced after such substances are used and guests would be charged $300.

HOT TUB:
We have a 7 person hot tub available under the deck. Easy access from the basement. Provides beautiful views while enjoying the hot water no matter what the weather is like :)

The house also boasts big, spacious basement where we have Pool Table with PING PONG table insert on top, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard Table, Smart 65" TV, kids corner with plenty of toys and more.
The house has a very warm feel to it. Its vaulted ceilings create a nice and cozy atmosphere inside and gorgeous views outside are a very big plus as well.

The house offers 4 bedrooms (2 big bedrooms have 55" TVs) and 4 baths. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs (1 of them with king size bed and bunk bed (Full over Full) and other 2 with queen beds) and 1 downstairs (with King size bed, Full over Full bunk bed and Crib) on the main floor along with big and spacious living room with walk out to nice sized deck with wonderful view.

The house is fully equipped. It’s supplied with all necessary tableware and cookware. Roku TV, internet, TV. The house is equipped with noise control device (outside only) and alarm system which includes cameras on the outside perimeter of the house (each corner of the house and 1 by the front door) and smoke sensors and motion detectors inside the house (near doors only). Motion detectors stop working once guests disarm the alarm upon arrival. This is a protection against burglars as well as accidental fire.

The house is perfect for 4 families with kids or group of good friends.

A spacious family, friendly spot

The host was super communicative, thorough and helpful! Check in process was smooth and the space is large, family-friendly with lots of options for sleeping with bunkbeds. It was too cold to hang out outside, but there was a playground and ample outdoor space for the kids to run around. There was also a bunch of toys in the finished basement, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with utensils and dishes, just bring your own coffee! We would definitely book again!

Very spacious, but just okay

The house is very spacious. Lots of rooms and beds which made the sleeping arrangements for my family very flexible. The beds were comfy. The basement is huge. We enjoyed hanging out down there after the kids went to sleep although it was quite cold. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck and outside by the swing set. All that to say we probably wouldn’t rent here again and here’s why: none of the bathrooms had hand towels and some bathrooms were missing bath towels. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels although the owner did have the cleaning crew bring some once I alerted him of the situation, but no towels were brought. There was also no dishwasher detergent so we had to hand wash all of our dishes, but there was no dish sponge.. only a Mr clean magic eraser. Only one of the tv remotes worked so we had to carry it from room to room to get the tvs to work. The house overall looked a little run down. Furniture and walls had stains on them. I’d recommend a new cleaning crew because we also found a very moldy piece of fruit under the kitchen table booths while we were sweeping up. Lastly, the water has a VERY strong sulfur odor. We could not shower or give the kids baths because of the smell and it was irritating to our skin. We were using bottled water to brush our teeth so that we wouldn’t throw up from the smell of rotten eggs. I know this is common in certain areas but I’d highly recommend investing in a water filtration system,

Wonderful house for big family

We had a great New Year Eve with that house.We were 21 including children.everything was great and my family and my friends family enjoyed.Hause was huge and there was enough places for kids to play.There’s only disappointed thing is kitchen sink clogged and washing machine doesn’t work.Thank you

Holiday House

Every year our family looks for a perfect spot to relax in December before the madness of the holidays. This house was perfect! There was something for kids at every age level and plenty of sleeping spot and room to play. The park nearby was great for the kids, the little shops fun for the moms, and the Lakeside Restaurant had a great band and good times for all! We can’t wait to do it again!

Lots of space

The house has lots of space and is set up nicely for large gatherings. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding in the Stroudsburg area so we really didn’t spend much time in the house. The living room/dining area is great for getting together with everyone and the basement game room has several games for adults and lots of kids toys. Would recommend the home for large families or groups visiting that area.

My friends and I had a nice stay here. We enjoyed our time. The sleeping quarters were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (except for no oven mitts that we could find). My friends and I have come to the area many times to stay for a long weekend. Normally, the stay we choose is based in part on the amenities. Here, we found the amenities were incomplete and misleading. E.g. the pool table did not have a cue ball, the table tennis table had no net, ALL of the shuffleboard discs had the color top broken off, and the foosball table only had ping pong balls to use. The pool was very cloudy and smaller than anticipated. I will grant the grace that there was a thunderstorm a day or two before we arrived but the filtration system did not appear to be doing much. The pool was shocked before we arrived and did not clear up much, if at all. There was an unexpected and large variety of kids toys, books, and trinkets. If one is to come here for a stay with their kids, I’m sure it would be well-enjoyed based on the positive things I’ve said above. Otherwise, I would use caution before booking.

Figgins Lane property

The house was just the right size for our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 children ranging in age 2-9) We had nearby attractions to visit and best of all was the CamelBack Water Park. There were a few small things with the house but our host is correcting them. Nothing that interfered with the wonderful family time we enjoyed!!

Great place to stay in the Poconos

Large property with enough room to accommodate 3 families with kids. Basement is setup as a playing room with plenty of toys, games, and a pool table. Property is located near many attractions. We enjoyed the stay here.

Plenty of space. Well-equipped kitchen. Great basement play room. Room set up was good for us. No waiting for an open lavatory. The preteens ways to play with outdoors, even with only some leftover snow in the yard (it was a nearly snow-free December). 20 minutes or so to roller skating and a neat rock park — really.

Great usable space for our large and growing family.

We enjoyed using this house. The bedrooms were large, with secondary bunk beds that allowed families to state together. There was plenty of room for cooking and hanging out. The bottom floor was a huge plus with plenty of toys and games to keep the older kids busy.

Amazing Family Getaway

Wow! This is a spacious home, with a basement full of fun things to do for all ages. Our large family had a great time playing pool, air hockey, ping-pong, grilling on the deck, hanging out in the pool and around the fire pit at night. Voytek was extremely responsive, and worked hard to make our stay fabulous. Highly recommend.

Excellent house 🏠 with spectacular view!!

We had a blast as it was a get together with my siblings. We spent some quality time with my family and the house/ environment made it 100X better. We fell in love with the house at first sight…. Texted the host Voytek right away letting him know how much we are enjoying the house and view. I had back to back two trips with one day of gap in between and for both Voytek was our host. He was very prompt in replying to the messages and helpful as well. ….. Voytek , just so you know I am coming back next year 😜….. thank you for help throughout our journey!!!

Great stay for the weekend!

The host was extremely communicative and responds really quick. He answered a lot of my questions in terms of accommodations. The house is HUGE with lots of beds and lots of condiments already in the cabinet so we didn’t have to buy too much. It accommodated a large group! Basement had lots of games and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend for large groups at such an affordable price. Back yard also big for lots of relay races. Although we didn’t get in, there’s also a pool!
