Head a little farther south and you’ll reach Uvita, a lively little town with great restaurants, local markets, and access to Marino Ballena National Park—home of the famous Whale’s Tail, a must-see at low tide.

Beach lovers are in luck—there’s no shortage of spectacular stretches of sand. The closest are Playa Matapalo (just a 7-minute drive away) and the peaceful Playa Linda right beside. The coastline here is known for its long, uncrowded beaches, perfect for long walks, beachcombing, or simply soaking up the sun in peace.

The house sits on 5 acres of land with a neighboring 5-acre conservation area providing utmost privacy. The property’s garden, along with the jungle, has many tropical trees & plants including mangos, papayas, pineapples, Manzana de agua, coconuts, avocado, lemon, and even a coveted mangosteen tree.

-The property features a short hike through a lush jungle trail that leads to a secluded waterfall with a refreshing swimming hole.

-This 2-story home blends modern luxury with a warm inviting atmosphere.  The private master bedroom walls slide away to make you feel you are sleeping in a treehouse in the jungle! 

-Perched on the mountainside, the house feels as though it’s part of the jungle itself. Monkeys swing by, Toucans, Aracaris, Green Parrots & even Scarlet Macaws entertain from the surrounding trees; Coatis & Agoutis are regular visitors...bringing nature right to your doorstep.

-The main floor includes the kitchen with indoor island dining, cozy living room, laundry room, king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ½ bathroom & a large upper deck with outdoor dining facilities that overlook the pool, the fantastic ocean view & the lush green jungle.

-The lower floor houses two bedrooms, a king & a queen, with a shared full bathroom and has direct access to the pool & rancho area.
