Staff was friendly and helpful. Property needs maintenance, repairs and renovation. The desk chair was missing one leg, so when I sat down I nearly fell off and hurt myself. The shower leaked so the bathroom floor was wet. The toilet gurgled and sprayed water from the bowl when the toilet from another room was flushed. They also ran out of some breakfast items for a couple days.

The property does not provide as much breakfast as advertised and the hot tub is non existent (different hotel) the fire pit was non functional. Other than that it was a pleasent experience.

This place got a lot of unfair reviews in my opinion. We did have an insect in our bathroom celling fixture, but it was not a cockroach, it was a harmless silverfish. Our room (326) was clean and spacious. The bathroom sinks were reviewed by some as not draining. You have to push the stopper so it pops up and then the sink drains fine. Beds were pretty comfy and coffee/microwave/fridge in room were nice to have. Front desk staff the night we checked in was not outgoing, but the rest of the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast did run out of things close to the ending time. Overall we were pleased. It was close to what we were there for and the price was fine as well.

We loved our stay. Manuel, the front desk guy was very nice , he helped us with towels and sheets we need it for the beed-sofa . Breakfast was super good and girls asking all the time if we needed something else to eat. They have eggs , pancakes juice , yogurt , bagels , cereals a lot. The room was clean and big enough for the six of us.

The bathroom in my room was not clean. The shower was dirty the sink was dirty, the phone did not work and i saw roaches in the room. Not happy with this Marriott property.

Good hotel for a good price.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room had a good layout. The area had a lot of restaurants to choose from and was nice.

The hotel was super quiet and in a good location for us while visiting our son that lives near the hospital. The breakfast was lacking. The food was cold and often not refilled.

Everyday there was the same person, in the same blue honda, parked in the handicap space by the front door smoking weed! It stunk and it speaks volumes on the lack of security or caring!

The run was exactly as expected per the website. The staff members were friendly. The pool was small (and cold) so we only used it once. Overall we had a good experience.

This particular SpringHill Suites seems tired and unpopular. There were about 7 cars in the lot. While pretty clean, the rooms and furniture felt tired.

We were extremely satisfied. The location was great, the accommodations and the service made our day. We Have decided to make this location our go to for all future trips home. Your marquee sign is outrageously small for an amazing place, please revisit it. All in all you’re awesome.

This is a property I can say that I will NEVER stay again. I was disgusted from the time of arrival the outside was old, dirty and rundown. This hotel had the audacity to be called Marriott. Later to find out that it is a privately owned hotel, which does NOT uphold the Marriott standard by any means from the moldy hotel rooms to the terrible breakfast, which was brought out in Ziploc bags and a broken waffle dispenser in which may it impossible to partake in the “breakfast “ that’s supposed to be included. Everyone needs be aware of this prior to booking. In addition the manage could care less about you and the quality of your stay and if you were to ask her for anything, she would act as if you are irritating her and being an inconvenience. You were warned!

Arrived and the man at the desk was very rude and seemed preoccupied. He gave us our keys and sent us to a room when arriving to the room it had never been cleaned. Went back to front desk accompanied by the cleaning person to tell the front desk the rooms on the floor were not ready even though we arrived 2 hours after checkin. Then we were sent to another room and our keys would not work after finally getting in the room it was not cleaned all the way. We are so disappointed. We have always been loyal Marriot costomers.

This Location Served My Primary Focus
I chose this location because of its proximity to the location of a conference I was attending. I also appreciated that they offered breakfast. My negative comment was the status of the fitness center. Although the treadmill was functional, the incomplete dumb bell set and options were abysmal.

I rented two suites for my Girl Scout troop. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The staff was friendly especially Valerie. She always greeted us with a warm smile. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. This hotel is old and outdated. I am thankful they had connecting rooms so my Girl Scouts could have their own room but we had the inside open door to connect us. The hot breakfast was blah at best…make your own waffles, oatmeal, cereal and the most watery scrambled eggs I have ever had. The pool is indoors. It looked gross. One of my Girl Scouts said she felt like she had a layer of film on her when she got out. The hotel room itself is outdated which is okay but it just wasn’t cleaned properly. The grout on the tiles was dirty, the shower curtain was disgusting, cracked tiles, wall paper bubbling up. I just did my best not to look to hard. The elevator got stuck twice while we were there and fortunately they were quick to reset it so we were not stuck long but each time it was a scary experience. It was a an 18 minute drive from all JGL Birth Place and First Headquarters, River Street etc. We definitely saved money by staying here but I don’t know that it was worth it when we also had to drive 18 - 20 minutes. PS whatever you do, DO NOT order Chinese food from the place closer to the hotel. Not only was it disgusting and the prices online are a lot cheaper than they actually are but the amount of us that had hair in our food was crazy.

The double beds in the suite rooms sleep exactly like the Carnival Cruise ships beds. Comfy!!! Location is great. Lots restaurants in walking or driving distance. Website said they had free cribs & they didn't have any. Downfall for us with an infant. Ms Valerie gave us the hospital discount of $99 per nite plus tax because my daughter had a heart procedure and thats why we were there. But a different person checked us in & did not give us the discount. This woman also told my parents that she would save the room beside them for us so we could have joining rooms. When we got there, she had sold the room. That ticked me off. Mold was on shower curtain. Overall, it was a good place. However, a certain person needs to change the way she acts. Call Ms Valerie for all your needs!
