You have the entire two story Victorian home to yourself, along with the private rear courtyard. The First Floor holds the living area, dining room, and eat in kitchen, with the dining room opening directly onto the courtyard, and the bedrooms are split across both floors. The home sits at the southwest corner of Forsyth Park in Savannah's Historic Victorian District.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT



There are 6 steps leading up to the home, with hand rails at both the front and back entrances. Inside, 19 steps connect the First Floor to the Second Floor, also with a hand rail. Both First Floor bathrooms have walk in showers, as does the hallway bathroom on the Second Floor. The two ensuite bathrooms on the Second Floor have clawfoot tub showers that must be stepped into. There are no rails or seats in any of the bathrooms.

Guest Access:

The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. The entire home and the rear courtyard are private to your group. The parking area behind the home is entered through a gate with a digital lock, using the code provided in your check-in instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Our home sits at the southwest corner of Forsyth Park in Savannah's Historic Victorian District, the city's original streetcar suburb and one of its most walkable neighborhoods. Entire streets here are lined with preserved Victorian homes in bold colors, with turrets, bay windows, and intricate trim. Forsyth Park is at your doorstep, including its 1858 fountain and the Forsyth Farmers' Market held at the south end of the park every Saturday. Walk north along Whitaker or Bull Street for boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.



Getting Around:

This is a neighborhood built for walking, with short city blocks and a pedestrian and bike path running the perimeter of Forsyth Park. Savannah is bike friendly and rental outlets are widely available. Chatham Area Transit serves the district on several bus routes, and the city's free dot Express Shuttle connects Forsyth Park to the rest of downtown. Rideshare is easy to find.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
