This quiet gem is nestled in the heart of Savannah’s infamous Victorian Historic District. Surrounded by renowned restaurants, retail shops, and museums - you're only minutes from Forsyth Park and a short drive from the beaches of Tybee Island. Come enjoy this clean, tranquil space and enjoy amenities like a vintage clawfoot soaking tub, king sized bed, hot tub, WiFi, complimentary Keurig coffee, free off-street parking, convenient self check-in, and so much more!

The space

Originally built in 1920, this space has been meticulously restored and boasts historic charm, updated with 21st century conveniences. Antique heartpine flooring, and high ceilings highlight the historic integrity of the home, while updated design elements and artwork bring in an eclectic ambiance, complimenting the beautiful nature of Savannah itself. Enjoy a beautiful full kitchen, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The Smart TV adds easy access to a variety of streaming software for the guest’s enjoyment.

Please be advised that this space is a single studio with a private bathroom, separated from the rest of the home. This is a first-level studio apartment in a multi-unit building. There is a passage door in this unit that connects it to another studio, but it is securely locked from both sides. Ask about booking the library studio as well if desired!

Within walking distance there are numerous restaurants, including Tacos+Tequila, Cotton and Rye, Sentient Bean, Shuk and so much more! It's about a 10 minute drive (or a cheap Uber ride) to River Street and about a 25 minute drive to Tybee Island.

Parking: There is a single free, off-street parking site associated with the unit. This site is only able to accommodate regular sized trucks and vehicles, and it not suitable for anyone with a trailer. There is however on street parking surrounding the property available for larger caravans.

Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on the booking platform and or an early termination of your reservation.

Any unapproved late checkouts will result in additional fees.

There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you.

This listing is a great fit for those traveling alone, or couples desiring an intimate experience of all that Savannah has to offer! This is a culturally diverse area. If such diversity is outside of your comfort zone, then we suggest alternate arrangements. Savannahs Little Gem

Our stay, here was everything it claimed to be in Moore. The location was perfect for us to walk to and from the river downtown and not where ourselves out. Quiet area, the space was well thought out with all of the accommodations you could need for a stay. Our house was thoughtful with our check-in and accommodating every step of the way. Truly attendant of 10 out of 10 experience!

Great property

Location was perfect- quiet, but walkable to everything. There were plenty of towels for our stay, so pay no attention to the older ratings saying there weren't enough. Walkable to several reataurants, and only a 1/4 mile to the nearby Kroger grocery store.

Wonderful little gem for two

Perfect location to go explore Savannah and enjoy Tybee island! It’s a perfect space for a couple, we were incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. The room only came with two towels, which wasn’t ideal when we wanted to use the hot tub. It is a first floor space, and the an older home, so there were some squeaks and cracks from the upstairs guests. Overall, this was a perfect place for a little getaway and we would happily stay again!

Good location

A very nice place with a fairly central location with easy access to Forsyth Park. We stayed here for 4 days, and got 2 bath towels, for the two of us. For 4 days. No face towels, no hand towels. I have to say, the place is decked out to be very ostentatious, but it seems fashion comes before function. The shower looks terrific, until you try to shower in a claw-foot tub. It worked, but you better conserve those towels! The flooring and little nuances of the space are really beautiful! The hot tub is a welcome touch and the place is really nice and quiet, for being near a busy intersection and next door to a diner/restaurant.

Our 41st Anniversary

Great place! Needs handrails for large shower/tub needs adjustment to be more stable on floor. Comfortable king size bed. They need to defrost freezer. All in all a quaint cute place. 🥰🎉🥰🎉

Very chic and comfortable garden apt

Well designed large studio! pictures dont do it justice. High ceilings, gorgeous bathroom , open layout , comfortable mattress. We had a minor hot water issue . They were fast and attentive to it ! Thank you !

Beautiful getaway

The check in process was a total breeze, the space was gorgeous and clean, and the location was walkable to most everything we wanted to do without being right in the thick of things. We struggled with the hot tub on the first night but got it heated up on the second and it was perfect for two people. Word to the wise: I would avoid taking a bath in the bathroom tub as the drain doesn't seem to handle a high volume of water well. Showers were fine. The diner next door was great, and so cute! Would definitely stay here again

Great place for couples

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in late June 2021. The location was perfect for us, short drive or Uber to River Street, walked to two local restaurants and enjoyed both, especially Cotton & Rye. Off street parking was super convenient. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the back deck. The apartment is beautifully decorated and perfect for a couple. Our only criticism is the claw foot tub is solely there for decorative purposes and is a bit tough to stand in while showering, also awkward getting in and out and I can see how it would be a challenge for some people. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Great communication, easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Check in and out was super easy. Looking forward to returning!

Adorable place

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and we absolutely loved it! The check-in and out process was a breeze. The decor is lovely and that bathroom was so beautiful! 😍 The bed was very comfy and we LOVED the hot tub. They even had dog treats for our pups. We 100% would recommend this to everyone!

Beautifully appointed with Elephants Above

Beautifully appointed, nicely updated Studio. Comfortable king bed with nice linens. There is an adjoining studio (unit A) with a door that divides the two separate units. The door has a bolt lock that locks into the floor. I had two different people in unit A try and push open the door while I was in my unit (B). I could see the door moving and hear the people trying to force the door open. I spoke to them and asked them to stop. I think if someone really pushed - it would of broken the door lock. Also the folks who live upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants. Sounded as if they were running then throwing a bowling ball. Be aware, you can hear conversations from both upstairs, Unit A and Bobby's Diner Streamliner (dining establishment) next door. I thought Starland Management Team should of at least put another lock on the door the first time I reported a near break-in.
