Guests have access to the entire home including the large fenced in backyard and pool.
Other things to note
Parties are prohibited from this property. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Locals bookings are only approved on a case by case basis and are generally not allowed. The primary reservation holder must be at least 25 years of age.
Any additional guests not on the reservation must get approval before coming onto the property. Parking has space for 4 cars. If you need more than 4 cars you need permission.
There are external security cameras and noise monitoring devices for safety purposes only. The devices do not record any audio just measure sound levels.
Hosting events or commercial photography requires approval and an additional payment is required.
Smoking is allowed outside or in the screened in porch. Smoking inside results in a $500 fine.
Late checkout/ early check in is allowed for an extra payment and granted on a case by case basis.
