«This hotel is all location location location. That's the plus. And it was a big plus for us.
Our room was a bit dirty. Sand was on the floor as you might expect for a beach hotel. But that wasn't all or even the worst. Metal furniture (like the desk) was rusty, especially near the floor where it was badly corroded. Ceiling was stained, and bathroom sink was definitely stained and rusty. «Room cleaned every other day, however this was not stated at check-in. Onsite Starbucks coffee had limited operating hours, opening at 6:30a and closing at 9:30a. Shower had 4 obviously long stands of hair in/around it. Lobby was extremely cold over all 6 days if our stay, and the condensation from the ceiling air vents in the lobby had water dripping from them on one day.»
