4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms: 1 Bed/Bath on main floor, 3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bath Upstairs. Brand new listing! Welcome to historic downtown Savannah, and to the Huntingdon Pink House! Perfectly situated, this 4-bedroom home is 1 block to the downtown Kroger, 1 block to a liquor store and 4 blocks to Savannah's historic Forsyth Park. This classic Victorian home was constructed in 1892 and retains much of the historic charm of the era, including 12-foot ceilings, 10-foot pocket doors, gorgeous crown molding, plantation shutters and more. Situated on a tree-lined, storybook street with brick sidewalks and Victorian architecture, this home is simply charming. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a massive island, 4 finely furnished bedrooms, 3 full baths, beautiful custom art, and 2 desk areas for remote working. Decorative fireplaces abound, with one in practically every room of the house, including a working wood-burning fireplace in the living area for those few cool Savannah evenings.

Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and armchairs in the living area. Watch shows on the 55-inch smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and YouTube TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare dishes in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a deep sink, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. Gather for meals around the dining table for eight. Enjoy cocktails in the evenings around the huge kitchen island.

This two-story home sleeps 8 guests between four bedrooms. Downstairs you'll find a sun-drenched bedroom furnished with an upholstered full-sized daybed with an antique wardrobe, modern-chic armchairs, plantation shutters, 10-foot pocket doors and access to the full bath downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find an additional three bedrooms and two full baths. Find supreme comfort in the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, sitting chair, a 55-inch smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a custom antique vanity. The third bedroom has a queen bed with tasteful art and furnishings. Finally, a second primary bedroom features huge bay windows, a 55-inch smart TV, desk area and direct access to the guest bathroom The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination and floor to ceiling window.

Loved this house so much!! The historic house added so much to our trip - so pretty & also comfortable. The bed in the master was amazing - so comfy! The neighborhood is adorable with all the historic homes. Walking distance to everything - a cute coffeehouse & Kroger are very close. Owner is very responsive & quick to answer questions. Instructions were very clear. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and well appointed. Quick response to questions. Comfortable rooms in a cozy neighborhood. Two covered parking spaces, about a 30 min walk to River street but plenty of places to eat close by. Picked up the hop on hop off trolley just a few blocks from the house. Would definitely recommend!

If I would change anything it would be the lock on the front door could more secure but if this is a historical house that may not be feasible due to the authenticity of the property. The property was fantastic! Exactly as advertised. We had 7 adults and it accommodated us perfectly. It’s walking distance from many interesting places and just beautiful tree lined streets. The kitchen is great and the rooms are well appointed. I would reserve this property again!

If you are looking for southern hospitality you can keep scrolling. This property is managed by a holding company so there is no service provided and they do not know the details of the house. I asked about kitchen pantry basics provided and dishware. They gave me incorrect info. Never checked on us once not even for check in or out. My family and I took a fall break trip to Savannah and had an absolutely incredible stay at this house. Communication was great, check in was simple, the house was absolutely everything we could have asked for, and I must say the beds were amazing and I can’t remember when I have slept so good. Location was incredible and within walking distance to just about anywhere you wanted to go. I look forward to returning to Savannah and I will definitely be checking to see if this house is available when I do.
