Jade Getaway is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Saugerties, NY, set on a large private lot surrounded by trees in the Hudson Valley. It sleeps up to 8: a primary suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The open-concept main floor connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with sliding glass doors out to the deck and yard. A separate TV/bonus room adds a second living space, and the home is family- and pet-friendly (one dog under 50 lbs).

A double-height vaulted ceiling and a brick fireplace anchor the living room, with an open loft above and large windows that bring in natural light. Seating includes a sofa and two armchairs, and the room opens directly into the kitchen and dining area.

A wooden table seats six, with three more at the breakfast bar. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the deck, so meals can move outside.

The only way to reach the property is by car. The driveway is gravel; during winter or after heavy rain, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended. To comply with insurance regulations, all guests sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Local guests, please contact us before booking. We are unable to accept third-party bookings. Due to fire risk, EV charging is not permitted on the property.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we`ll send a digital guidebook with Wi-Fi credentials, door codes, and access instructions.

House rules
- Maximum 8 guests, including children and infants. The guest count on the reservation must be accurate.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- One dog under 50 lb is allowed on request. Add the dog to the reservation at booking. An additional pet fee may apply. No dogs on beds.
- No smoking or vaping indoors, on the decks, on the grounds or in the hot tub area.
- Hot tub: maximum 4 people at a time. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. No infants or toddlers. No glass. Shower first. Add nothing to the water. Replace the cover after use.
- Outdoor fires in the fire pit only. Do not move the fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended. No fireworks.
- Bears and other wildlife pass through. Never leave food, trash or grills out overnight. Keep food stored inside.
- Park only in the designated spaces.
- Local guests, please contact us before booking. No third party bookings. The booking guest must stay at the home.

- Dogs: one dog under 50 lb, added to the reservation. Dogs are not allowed on beds.
