Featuring a pleasant furnished terrace and two nearby parking spaces, the cottage consists of:

- a comfortable living room,
- a cozy dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet,
- a sauna and steam room,
- a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, and hair dryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning,
- a smoke detector.

Within the residence, you can also enjoy a variety of recreational facilities:

- communal pool,

- pétanque court.

→ Communal swimming pool open from June 28, from 10am to 7:30pm, 7 days a week. It is now accessible without a dome, following damage caused by Storm Nils.

The property is located in a quiet, secluded setting, close to the ocean and local amenities.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. This security deposit is secured and managed through Swikly.

The beaches of Capbreton, Labenne-Océan, and Hossegor are about ten kilometers away, while bike paths, hiking trails, and the Marais d’Orx nature reserve offer wonderful opportunities for exploration. The Basque Country, Biarritz, and Spain are also easily accessible for day trips.
For food lovers, the nearby Bistrot de Cédric is a must-visit spot to savor local cuisine.
