The hotel was not air conditioned. It was very warm unless we were in our room. It wasn’t very clean. The rooms were clean for the most part. The pool was not lit up at night so we really couldn’t swim. There were dirty toys and floats in the pool area. Basically it just isn’t being maintained the way it should be.

The place needs a renovation I didn’t see any bugs. But there were dirty walls, and broken fixtures. It had a smell in the halls. The staff weren’t that friendly but they handled what needed to be done. I was standing waiting to be check in for 20 mins

We left soon after checking in and had to get a room somewhere else. The room smelled horrible and the facility was dirty.

The room smelled moldy and the carpet was worn and stained. Serious redos are needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is train near by that goes late at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was fine.

We had unexpected car trouble nearby and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our unexpected stay a pleasant one. We were able to secure late check out to coincide with the repair of our car. Thanks for making our travels more pleasant!

I would look into our information and see your room number and have pest control to come out and treat that room and others in that area as well. Beddings are was daily but not the pillows our apologies.

We were assigned four different rooms and they were all filthy. The first room had hair all over the bed. The second room had stained sheets. The third room had standing water in the floor when we walked in. And, the fourth room had hair on the bedding and the bedding was dirty. I have never had an experience like this before in my 50 plus years of traveling. The rooms were musty and dingy and the floors needed cleaning. The clerk wouldn’t cancel my reservation so I have to speak with the property manager in the morning. I’m in town for a funeral I didn’t need this added stress. The place should be shut down. If the rooms look like this I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I feel disgusted having to think about those rooms to write this review. I had to reserve a room elsewhere.

The pictures posted of inside are not what they actually are. It was disgusting. We had my family and my sister's family and after 2 hours we decided we couldn't take it anymore. Air barely worked in rooms, rooms were filthy and smelled. Electrical outlets hanging out of the walls and the ones that were in the walls etc. would not hold the plug for electronics to charge. We have pictures that we took. We found black mold. By far the nastiest place I have stayed.

Everyone was nice but the lobby and hallway were disgusting like they had not been cleaned for months. The room was “fine” but I was hesitant when it was truly cleaned given the appearance of the rest of the hotel.
