☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆We have charcoal grills conveniently located outside your cabin; please bring your own charcoal.

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send us a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, both inside the house and in the yard. We ask that you provide your own blanket for them to lay on if preferred. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture, beds, couches, blankets, or sheets, and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at checkout. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
