The spacious property, which is located in a tranquil area, consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with one double bed and 4 bunk beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. Offering a baby cot, toys as well as books for children, this villa is particularly suitable for families with young children. 4 bikes are also provided so that guests can easily explore the area. Furthermore, the holiday home, which is located on a fenced property and offers guests a high degree of privacy, boasts balconies in all bedrooms, a private garden, 2 private terraces (open and covered), an outdoor shower and a barbecue. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on your private, furnished balcony. End the day with a glass of wine on the comfortable furniture on the terrace and watch as the sun disappears gracefully behind the horizon. The nearest restaurant is located by the port and is just a 4-minute drive from the property (1.3 km). Approximately 7 minutes away driving, in the centre of the town of Pula, you will find a greater selection of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and a tourist center. Here you will also find the closest supermarket, just a 5-minute drive away (2.9 km). The beautiful, pebbled and sandy beach, Portu Columbu, is right on your doorstep, just 20 m away. Here you can swim in the wonderful, blue sea and enjoy the italian sun. In approximately 30 minutes driving, you will also reach some of the most popular beaches on the island such as Chia beach and Tuerredda beach, which boast soft, golden sand and fantastic scenery.



Private parking spaces are available on the property and are free of charge. If requested in advance, pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The property can also be rented for events; if interested, please contact us before booking. Guests will receive one bottle of drinking water each and seasonal fresh fruit upon arrival. Smoking is allowed.
