Outside the house, enjoy a pleasant and fully enclosed garden, a large 40 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying good grilled food during fine days in the open air.



From the entrance, you will be seduced by a warm living space, comprising a cosy lounge with a decorative fireplace and a television, perfect for relaxation after your days of exploration. Adjoining, the dining room will allow you to share delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere. At the back, on the left, a fully equipped independent kitchen will provide you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee makers, toaster and kettle.



The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom equipped with a single bed (120x190) will be perfect for an adult or teenager. Just next door, a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer is at your disposal.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms are located: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other, ideal for children, with three single beds (90x190). Each bedroom benefits from its own private bathroom: one with a bathtub and WC, the other with a shower and WC, for optimal comfort.



For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, an iron and air conditioning in the bedrooms located upstairs.



Although there is no private parking space at the property, you will find free spaces in front of the house (Bd Voltaire) or car parks at Place Pasteur or behind the school.
