Beautiful location with stunning views

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental in Costa Rica. The property was exactly as represented, with comfortable accommodations including a cozy master bedroom and living room area. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well-stocked, though visitors from the U.S. may notice the toilets are not quite as robust as back home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our home cooked meals.Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the incredible view. We enjoyed daily walks to the nearby beach and picked up groceries easily at the mini super. It's worth noting that the terrain is quite hilly and lacks paved shoulders or sidewalks, making walks adventurous and requiring some caution but doable.The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, with a security guard present from 5pm to 5am. Amenities like the washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool, and balcony were fantastic and added greatly to our comfort.The host was responsive and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. A few minor repairs are needed on the property, but none of these impacted the quality of our stay.We highly recommend this rental for its stunning views, ideal location, and overall comfort. Just be prepared for steep hills when heading out on foot!

Amazing view

This condo is situated on the 5th floor and has an amazing view and an exceptional rooftop terrace. It is well-equipped although there are a few minor items needing maintenance. Use of the rooftop terrace requires ascending a long flight of stairs, somewhat problematic for elderly tenants. The location is convenient to Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco by car. We had one significant problem, which was not the fault of the owner or the rental agent: The elevator was out of service for 5 of the 7 days we were there.

Excellent Stay

This is a lovely property that we plan to book again. We had a couple glitches that were resolved immediately and as well as possible. The unit has all the kitchen basics to cook, but if you are accustomed to high end cookware, you won’t find here. There is plenty of space in common area for a family of 6 and the view from dining area made this condo a very special place. The top floor private deck is also a lovely setting for watching the sunsets. There are a couple minor repairs that should be done, but overall the condo furniture etc is very adequate with comfy enough beds. The location is very close to several beautiful beaches both quiet and more lively. You definitely need a car to get around. We spent half our time on the beach and the other half doing the volcano and jungle activities. The concierge Paula is very knowledgeable and her recommendations were well received. The condo provides beach towels and chairs that came in handy. Our big disappointment is that there was no pool deck furniture whatsoever. So if you want to hang out by the pool, you would need to bring chairs down numerous floors. Perhaps since it was end of slow season the furniture had not been put out. We never asked. Fortunately there is plenty to do aside from lounging by the pool. Hermosa and Ocatol beaches were our favorites. The staff was extremely responsive to all our needs and suggestions. Couldn’t ask for better property managers. The convenience of Liberia airport made the entire trip less stressful. Easy in and easy out. Costa Rica is not an economical vacation. We found the restaurants etc on the same price level as in the US. As an example, without air fare, but including car rental, lodging, dining out most nights but eating in for breakfast, tours, the vacation for four people ran us over $10,000.

Magnificent view

The view is magnificent. Our stay was peaceful. The penthouse with rooftop patio had everything we personally needed to make our stay very comfortable. We love Playa Hermosa and Costa Rica. Our house manager, Edgar, ensured we had everything we needed, etc. and even loaned us his binoculars as we fogot ours. We will return to Playa Hermosa as we have fallen in love with the location and people. Thank you Edgar for taking amazing care of us during our stay!

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Views, Great Service!!

The penthouse condo was absolutely amazing and the private, rooftop terrace was spectacular. Beautiful ocean views by day and wonderful starry skies at night! Paradise

The property is even better than expected, very clean, equipped with all you need and more. The view is phenomenal from waking up and looking outside to the beautiful upstairs sitting area. The property manager and staff at company were extremely friendly and very helpful leaving us with no reason to need anything but so sweet that she called to make sure our stay was going well. I loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Views!

This condo is beautiful and has amazing views! It is close to beaches and town. We loved going up to the deck in the evenings to look over the town and listen to the ocean. The condo is spacious and comfortable. An amazing place to stay!

Beautiful views

Bella Vista was a beautiful place, it was well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed to make meals at home. Several mornings we could watch the monkeys in the trees beside us. Having a washer/dryer and beach towels was very useful. Security were friendly. We tried to use jacuzzi tub but could not figure it out, so providing instructions might be nice. Wifi was excellent, TV in living room instead of just bedrooms might be nice, but we weren't there to watch TV so not a big deal. Overall a beautiful place with awesome amenities and gorgeous views. Very convenient to Hermosa and only 10 minutes from Coco by car. We used the concierge service to set up several excursions and were very satisfied. Beautiful country with very friendly people.

The penthouse was perfect for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the apt was fully equipped (including beach chairs, cooler, towels). It is in a fantastic location - very close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and stores. The view is gorgeous!

Excellent property. Great views.

Very modern clean unit. Jan1-Jan 8, 2019. Top floor with amazing views. This unit has access to the roof deck, so lots of room there to get some sun. Modern appliances and fully stocked cupboards. Beds are very comfortable and nice showers. Laundry machines worked very well. Zindis staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We used Tico tours in their office to book an ATV tour. Playa Hermosa a nice small town and a great beach. Playa Coco is 5 minutes away with bigger grocery stores if needed. We got everything we needed at market in Hermosa. This property is about 1 mile from Hermosa town, and 1.5 to the beach, so we never walked anywhere. We had a SUV. Road it is on is busy without a sidewalk, so we didn't feel safe walking anywhere. Couple of small issues when we were there. Elevator didn't work for a couple days, good exercise, but an inconvenience. Sliding doors in master suite aren't really tight and whistled if there were really strong winds. (night we arrived, but never after that) Dishwasher door was hard to close to latch. Just some adjustment needed I think. Overall a great place. We had friends staying in Meacham top floor of building right beside, it is great also. The complex has a security guard 24 hours. Pools aren't heated and are refreshing. In January our pool didn't get much sun, but other building had lots of sun at pool. In the picture of the 2 buildings, ours was top left suite of left building and Meacham is top right in right building. The pictures of the deck and many chairs/loungers is on the roof. I would totally recommend this unit for 1-2 couples.
