The Balcony: Private outdoor space connected to both the living room and master bedroom. Furnished for relaxation, it’s perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or watching the colors of the sunset.The Living Room: Open and light-filled, featuring a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs. Large sliding glass doors let in natural light and frame views of the surrounding hills and the sea beyond.The Kitchen: Modern open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas for cooking and entertaining.The Dining Area: Centrally placed dining table for six, perfect for meals, games, or planning the next adventure.The Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access with views. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and mountain views, with access to the shared bath.The Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and modern finishes. The en-suite serves the primary, while the second bathroom is accessible from the hallway.The Flex Space: Enclosed room with sofa bed and Smart TV, suitable for extra guests or use as a media room or workspace.Conveniences: In-unit washer and dryer tucked into a hallway closet, making longer stays easy.

As part of the exclusive Pacifico community, guests can access four beautifully landscaped pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, co-working space, games area, yoga deck, and scenic walking trails. Families will appreciate the children’s play area and sports courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and soccer.
Optional access to the Pacifico Beach Club is available for $35 per adult, with $25 credited toward food and drinks. We’re happy to assist with airport transportation, local recommendations, or help booking tours and experiences to make your stay effortless and memorable.
