«Our stay was absolutely perfect! Ilya, the host, was so helpful, even before we arrived, sending us links and ideas of what to do and where to eat, etc. The condo was in such a great location, minutes walk from coco beach and many shops and restaurants and so centralized to visit tons of other beautiful beaches. «We had a wonderfule 3 week stay. The unit was well maintained and it was nice having a kitchen that was fully equipped. Listing detail was very accurate.Property management (Expat Properties) was very helpful and made great recommendations for airport transfers and golf cart rental. Grounds maintenance was great and the location in Las Palmas couldn't be more convenient. We highly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this unit.»

«We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination.
