However, please note that due to its location in the entertainment district, there may be music and noise from the businesses below, particularly on weekends. This vibrant atmosphere makes it an excellent choice if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, but it may not be ideal if you prefer a quieter environment for early sleep. Rest assured, the apartment is generally quiet when the bar below is not open.

Please be aware that on Fridays and Saturdays, the bars below the unit are open until 2/2:30 am, adding to the lively ambiance. There is noise.
The apartment features a small kitchenette equipped with a countertop oven, drip and Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, electric stovetop, electric tea kettle, and toaster. These facilities ensure that you have everything you need to prepare light meals and enjoy your favorite beverages.
