Imagine spending a week, or better yet an entire month, of your vacation in our spectacular home. Renovated in 2021 and 2023, this close to 2,400 SF house boasts everything and more you are looking for to make your Florida stay unforgettable. The new oversized pool cage offers two wide panoramic view screens and keeps mosquitos, bugs and other non-welcome small animals, including no-see-ums out, so that you can enjoy the beautiful outside and view and of the lake as much as possible.

Located in the much thought after NW Bradenton area, this home is just a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a separate living and family room, grand kitchen, and most importantly a oversized screened in private heated pool and hot tub facing south, this home sleeps up to 8 and offers plenty of space for one to two families. Lots of beach items such as beach chairs, umbrellas and more is available at the home.

The open concept kitchen and family room area are ideal for spending quality time together. Take a seat on the oversized and comfy sofa after a long day at the beach or pool, put on your favorite show on the smart TV, also offering cable programs, and wind down the right way. Family meals or quick snacks are easily prepared in the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two ovens, and a nice highchair bar area. The breakfast nook will welcome you and your coffee every single morning.

The front living room offers you lots of comfortable seating, as well as a desk and chair, in case you have to get some work done.

The master bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom is located on one side of the house, offering lots of privacy. The master bathroom offers a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and cozy seating area. Pool area and lake views are never far away, just step through the french doors and gaze into the distance, or go for a swim in the heated pool.

Three guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the home and share one full and one half bathroom in a hallway. The first bedroom has a king size bed with smart TV, the second bedroom a queen size bed with smart TV, and the third bedroom two XL twin beds with smart TV. The full bathroom offers a dual sink and shower/ tub combination. All bed linens and lots of bath and beach towels are available during your stay.

The screened in outdoor area with private pool overlooking a lake has everything your heart desires: oversized heated pool, hot tub, large outdoor dining area, BBQ, lounge area, and plenty of sun loungers. Grab a floaty and go for a swim, grab some sun lotion and work on your Florida tan, or prepare the catch of the day or delicious burgers and steaks on the BBQ. In the evening, we highly recommend taking a seat in the lounge area with a preferred beverage of your choice and catch up on all the day's adventures.

The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer and the garage offers parking for one vehicle, two more cars can be parked on the driveway.

Just a few minutes away is a big supermarket, as well as restaurants and stores for shopping.
