Pet Policy:
• Dog-Friendly: We welcome up to two dogs (maximum 50 lbs each) with a $100 fee per dog, payable before arrival.
• No Cats or Exotic Animals: Please note, cats and exotic animals are not permitted.
• Unauthorized Pets: A $400 non-refundable fine will apply for undeclared or unpaid pets.
• Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property (please bring your own waste bags).

Smoke-Free Property: This property is designated non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a $500 fine and their reservation will be canceled without refund.

Respectful Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Security Measures: For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior security camera is in place. Please be assured there are no interior cameras.

Guest Assistance: We are available to assist you between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST.

Scheduled Lawn Care: Please be aware that weekly lawn maintenance will require occasional access to the property.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
- Initial Starter kit will be provided (paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer). Please note this is only a starter kit and you will be responsible for replenishing these items once they are gone for yourself.
- Kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker (keurig & drip coffee), etc
- Living and bedrooms each have Smart TV/Roku for streaming services.
- For small children we have a pack and play, a baby bath tub (please note both bathrooms in the home are stand-up showers only), and an ultra compact high chair.
