The back half of the property is accessed through a secondary fence. This back half of the property features the pickleball courts and recreation areas. The pickleball courts and recreation areas are shared common amenities with the Pickleball Ranch club members. Club members have access to the pickleball courts and recreational facilities on a reserrved schedule basis. Guests staying at the Pickleball Ranch house have complimentary access to the pickleball courts and recreational amentities on a reservation basis.

Two full-size, professionally surfaced pickleball courts, providing ample space for both casual matches and competitive play. For players looking to refine their technique, a built-in drilling wall offers the perfect setup for repetitive shot practice, helping improve precision, consistency, and muscle memory. Additionally, a separate designated practice court is available, tailored for warm-ups, skill-building exercises, and one-on-one instruction—making it an ideal environment for players of all levels to train, improve, and enjoy the game.

The Recreation Barn
The Pickleball Ranch features a detached recreation barn. The recreation barn includes additional amenities such as ping pong tables for casual and competitive play, cornhole boards for relaxed outdoor fun, and a variety of workout equipment to support strength training and cardio fitness.

Pet Policy
Guests are allowed up to 2 dog up to 50lbs each. A pet fee of $35/night/pet will be applied to the reservation. Guests are responsible for the continued oversight and care of their pets.

Pets cannot be left in the property unattended.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. This may include excessive hair and/or stains left on furnishings.
Guests must pick up after their pets. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to pet waste not cleaned at the property.
Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Event Policy
Pickleball Ranch is available for pickleball events, weddings, and family reunions. Any event over 12 total guests at the property must pay an event fee of $2,500/day for each event. All events must be approved by Altez Vacations prior to event confirmation. All events must be scheduled with prior approval from Altez Vacations 45 days prior to the event date. Certain events may require additional permitting from Sarasota County.

RV Policy
Pickleball Ranch is able to accommodate 1 RV up-to 25 feet in length. The property does not provide utility or sewage hook-up.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

**Reservations of 14 nights or fewer may be canceled and refunded up to 30 days before the start of the stay and will receive a 100% refund minus the $100 and 6% Credit Card Processing Fee. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%. Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
