Breathtaking Bayfront
The location is the star. Just such a beautiful view! We saw dolphin and manatee. There are kayaks available and we used them daily, exploring the bay and all the mangroves. This was a vacation with our 2 adult sons and we all had a wonderful time. Heated pool, hot tub and right on the bay - what more could you ask for. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely waterfront home.

Peaceful and beautiful place
This property was beautifully maintained and updated inside. Very spacious and thoughtful design. The backyard was gorgeous for watching sunsets, seeing flying fish, and swimming in the pool. The screened in patio was so nice. Great location to get to multiple beaches. We went to Siesta Key beach and Venice beach very easily. The owner was great to communicate with. We would love to come back again to visit. It was exactly what we were looking for! We had 3 kids and the bunk room was great for them!

Sisters and brothers-in-law annual vacation

Very relaxing, nothing to worry
The house was clean and had everything you would need. My children and grandchildren are ready to go back and did not want to leave. First day there we saw manatees and last day saw dolphins. If need anything from stores they are all with in 5 minutes. The owner of property no was always prompt on answering any questions. We all loved our vacation and hopefully will stay longer next time. We had 5 days ready for more.

Very bad Host
The host is a crook. We had to leave due to a hurricane and were under mandatory evacuation and he would not refund money for unused nights. Then he changed the booking to show I stayed 3 nights and put the house back up for rent with the hopes of getting someone else’s money along with mine after the hurricane had passed. Stay away from him.

Great family getaway!
We enjoyed this property and would definitely book again. Perfect for young and old. Kids spent hours in the well maintained pool, overlooking the bay. Since we were just steps away from the water they could alternate between fishing and kayaking. Bonus, kayaks provided!! Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Home was well stocked with all the essentials. Owner was super responsive!

A View of Paradise..We'll Be Back
We recently had a wonderful experience at "Oceanfront home." The property was absolutely perfect for our planned family events. It was located on Sarasota Bay, close enough to make it to the beach or village in 15 minutes, and had a breathtaking view. The home was spacious and comfortable; an open floor plan provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out, while the three bedrooms were all well-appointed, and the bathrooms were spotless. There was a large living room with a 82inch TV, a well equipped kitchen, an additional screened area for entertaining, and a pool area with lounge chairs overlooking the bay, in addition to a dock. We had several groups of friends, a small family reunion, a day of fishing and boating, and a birthday party all in the same week. The day of the party we easily accommodated ten visitors without issue, and our neighbors enjoyed the runaway drone show.. Our host, Sergiy, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay; when there was an issue with the barbecue, he replied quickly to our text, and after checking with our immediate needs, had a replacement with a full tank the next day. Here are some of the things that made our stay so great: The house was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at "Oceanfront home." We would definitely recommend

Great property and owner!
Everything from communication to check in was easy! The owner was extremely responsive and even got the house ready for us for an early check in. He made sure everything was perfect for us and the house was so clean and just as described. I give Sergiy 5 stars for being awesome. Would recommend!

We had an amazing time in the house!!! This house is in an old, quiet neighborhood that was great to take walks through. The house has been fully updated and they did an amazing job. We found the pool and hot tub to work great and provided many hours of entertainment!!! The house was stocked with everything you need and more. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing Holiday Stay
We were fortunate enough to stay at this property. It was absolutely well done and renovated on the inside, but the property view is incredible. With your own private pool, overlooking the bay and hot tub, there’s not much more you could ask for. It is in close proximity to Sarasota, Siesta Key and Venice. We will absolutely be back! Great Sarasota Home
I was in Sarasota for business purposes with my Son. We have mutual clients. The house was perfect. Enough room for each of us to have separate conversations without anyone talking above the other,. Wonderful views and pool. Kitchen is well equipped. It would be perfect for a family. There is a bedroom with two bunk beds. I would definatly stay there again.

Family weekend getaway
A wonderful home. Very well put together. Plenty of room for everyone. Anything you could need for a great stay provided. Views are absolutely incredible inside and out. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. We kayaked all around the bay right from the backyard and watched the sunset from the pool every night. Just a wonderful weekend. The owner was easy and friendly. If your looking for a nice home and a little relax. This is it!

This property is amazing. Woke up to the sunrise from the bedroom. We also loved being in the pool with that amazing view , you could see the sunset while relaxing in the pool. We spent time at the dock and saw plenty of fish activity with a family of otters. This place is a dream come true that will leave priceless memories.

Beautiful home. The view is awesome. Hot tub warm. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Plenty of beach and pool towels. Kitchen well stocked. Only thing- the kids room is at the far end of the house from the main bedrooms so if your kids are younger and call for you at night, bring a monitor. Owner was great to deal with and will absolutely stay here again!

great spot, could use a few improvements
The location is wonderful, with an outstanding view of Little Sarasota Bay, mangroves and mangrove islands, plenty of birds, and the fish they are catching. It is as pictured in the listing. The house is highly functional, with everything you'd expect from a rental. Nice bathrooms, kitchen, well furnished, hvac, etc. We did have two problems that were not apparent from the pictures. First, we could not get the spa over 90 degrees despite many tries (we are hot tub owners so we know how these things work). Since we stayed during a cold snap, that was expecially disappointing. Second, though there are kayaks at the property and in the pictures (and the bayfront fairly screams "kayak me:" ) the dock is too high to launch a kayak, so they were not really usable. The owner needs to put in a ladder or a ramp (such as the one the next door neighbor has). Aside from those two items, it would have been better if the owner had provided a "manual" including such things as exactly when and how to put out the garbage, emergency numbers, favorite restaurants, all those things you usually see in a short-term rental. The house is so appealing it's a pity the spa problem and kayak problem + info detracted from the experience.

We looked at many properties in the area and chose this one as the backyard of the property looked very inviting. When we got to the property we were amazed by the open floorplan and views. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we were able to control the temp to our liking which is a huge deal for me. We used them every morning and evening of our stay. Contact from owner was absolutely on point and we had no issues what so ever during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and we never felt any safety issues. We went with my wife, two kids, and mother and father-in-law. It was the perfect amount of space for us 6. The kids room was tucked away enough they didnt have to listen to us later in the evenings. We caught some fish from the dock, enjoyed the sunsets, and made some nice memories at this property. We will be back for sure!!

Thanksgiving Family Week
Very clean property. Owners responsive to any issues we had. We had a good experience. If you rent a boat and tie it to the dock, you need to know the channel to come and go into the bay since the water is extremely shallow. There are 2 poles that you must boat through in front of the house to the south of this rental property in order to stay in the deepest part of the water. We used the swimming pool constantly. Very nice rental property.
