The Space:
Around the corner from Hwy 75. 15 minutes to Siesta Key N bridge and the gateway to Beach Paradise! Plenty of space in and out! Bring your boat and park it in the driveway! Large yard and screened in lanai and lush tropical heated pool to spend outdoors any time of the day! Covered patio sitting area in the screened in pool lanai to rest, read a book, work, dine and play! Grill outside while everyone can play in the pool and enjoy the screened in patio area. This home even has a basketball net in the driveway! This large 3 bedroom 2 bath plus screened in pool has room for all your friends or family! Comfortably fitting up to 8 guests.

Complementary Pool Heating is provided to a temperature of 85 degrees. During unseasonably cold weather, the pool may not warm to this level.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole property. Large yard with pool all fenced in and bikes supplied so no need to pay extra rental fees. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Room for an extra vehicle in the driveway. Come and live the charmed Sarasota Life!

The Neighborhood:
Super convenient and centrally located close to golf, activities and 75. 20 minutes to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Large yard with fire pit to enjoy. Quiet residential neighborhood of mostly single family residences.

Getting Around:
SCAT bus lines available, Uber and Lyft easy access area

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
