Spacious self catering apartment/condo available at the popular resort of Shorewalk Vacation Villas, Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida. This Ground floor condo has been recently redocrated and lies within a 30 acre complex of quiet tree-lined streets with lighted sidewalks and six lakes. Facilities include two heated swimming pools, each with a separate Whirlpool spa, two floodlit tennis courts and table tennis. The clubhouse has a pool table, library, playground and barbecues.

Shorewalk is beautifully maintained and is convenient for everything you require for a great Florida holiday. Supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and bowling are a short walk away. Anna Maria Island with its beautiful white sand beaches, and the Robinson Nature Preserve are within a 15 minute drive. There are many golf courses in the area including Pinebrook/Ironwood which is 10 minutes walk away. 1 hour away is Tampa with Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Casino, and sports venues for baseball, football and ice hockey. Orlando and Disney are within a 2 hour drive.

For great designer shopping bargains the Ellenton Premium Outlets are a half hour drive away. The IMG Sports Academy is a 5 minute drive.

It is equipped with everything needed to make this your home away from home.

Please be aware that Shorewalk does not allow any pets.

At this time COVID is obviously a concern for everyone. We have opted into the enhanced cleaning program. The condo remains empty for a minimum of 72 hours between guests.

Very disappointing

Condo is no conditioin to be rented out. Very little pressure in master shower. Sinks clogged in Master. Sink plunger stuck in Master. Sink in hall bath missing an aerator, sprays water all over, Closet doors off tracks, Had to fix the entry code pad myself during our stay, Fridge was so loud had to turn up the TV, Ice maker did not work. Worst VRBO experience ever. Worst Host ever. Emailed the Host and got no response. 3 week stay and we had enough supplies in the condo for a 3 day stay.

Bradenton Stay

We loved this placed except for the beds and pillows. Completely uncomfortable old mattresses and squeaked with every move and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was beautiful

Awesome place to stay!!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo! Not only is it close to the beach(12 min drive) but we were also able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. My nieces loved that we were at located right next to many stores to go shopping as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice and clean Appartement

It was a nice and clean Appartement in quiet area. In the afternoon the kids went to the pools. We were watching some birds and turtles in the mornings from the patio with a view to a small lake. . It was really nice.

Wedding Stay

We were here for a wedding on Bradenton Beach. The location was very accessible to everything we needed. Going back and forth to the beach fort he wedding was easy. The pools were easy to get to and we enjoyed them greatly. We enjoyed our visits from the ducks on our patio every morning. This is very family friendly and would recommend this a place to stay.

Shorewalk Villa - Nice and quiet

Several things needed fixing when we arrived but Jeff took care of us right away. Living room sofa and love seat definitely need replacing- I was embarrassed when people came to stay with us since they are both unclean. Otherwise things were fine although you have to open the oven door to open the dishwasher for loading and unloading. Nice large master bedroom. We always come back to Shorewalk.

Disappointed to say the least

The first thing we noticed was that the floor was dirty. The property manager did send in 2 cleaners who casually damp mopped the tile floor and, when finished, the mops were dirty. There were tiny bugs which seemed to be constantly on the stove top, counters and kitchen cupboards. The couches appeared stained and dingy. Some light switches did not do anything, while others appeared broken. In general, the finish and fixturing was of poor quality.

Shorewalk

This property is in a nice complex with ponds and well-cared for grounds. The rental was spacious and clean. Contacts with the property management got quick responses. A few improvements would be replacing worn sofa and loveseat and some minor plumbing issues such as a slow drain in the bathroon vanity. We did enjoy our stay there and looked into returning the following year.

Great week with family

Communication from owner was excellent both prior to arrival and after departure. Was there if we needed anything and we felt at home the entire week. Location is ideal in that Publix, other amenities and restaurants are just around the corner. Only 30 min from Anna Maria, 45 to Siesta Key and 15 to Bradenton Beach. Complex pool and hot tub are a short walk away from condo. Complex itself was quiet and peaceful.

Under Construction

When we showed up the place was under construction!! Being Memorial Day everywhere was sold out. So we had to sleep in our car!! Thanks for ruining our vacation! Never again will I use your scandalous service.

Mostly recommend

The property has nice facilities, with clean pools and hot tubs. The unit itself had clean sheets, towels and dishes, but could use some cleaning of the couches and walls. The location is as described, but we would choose to stay on the water next time to avoid the traffic during Spring Break travel time which is busy. We would stay in this area during less busy times.

Great location and amenities!

Stayed 6 weeks with a family of 4. We were working remotely and kids going to school remotely. Amenities at complex (tennis courts, pools, grills, etc) are maintained extremely well and staff are all friendly. Condo is very close to grocery stores and other shops. Short drive to beach. If staying long term, the condo was a little short on pots, pans, and silverware. I would definitely stay again. Great location!

Nice place but lacked amenities.

The condo was perfect for what we needed it for while in Bradenton. We were disappointed in how the kitchen was stocked. I would think that if someone is renting a condo that the kitchen would be stocked with essentials, such as: fry pans, maybe some baking pans, pot holders, can opener the works. Do you know how hard it is to fry an egg in a sauce pan! We had to go out and buy these items as we were there for 3 weeks. The sliding door had no lock except for a broken broom handle in the track. The door for the furnace room was broken. When we entered the condo we found a tax lien paper on the table in the kitchen. We were a little concerned we might have to find another place to stay.
