1. Incorrect handling of reservation details and inappropriate attitude
My reservation was clearly made for one person, yet the front desk staff insisted it was for three persons and demanded passport copies from accompanying individuals. After explanation, the staff eventually acknowledged that the reservation was for one person. However, the staff spoke in a lecturing and accusatory tone, implying that it was the customer’s responsibility to clarify mistakes. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
2. Refusal to provide reasonable luggage storage service
I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM and requested to temporarily store my luggage, intending to retrieve it around 12:00 PM. The staff insisted that I must specify my return time and showed reluctance to store the luggage otherwise. In my experience with international hotels, luggage storage is a standard service without such restrictions.
3. Mishandling of stored items and poor attitude
When I returned to collect my belongings, only my suitcase was returned, while my stored ski equipment was not. When I requested the remaining item, the staff responded with an extremely poor attitude.
