It is clean and the restaurant here was nice. Great location to get to the airport but that is about it. The Taxi had a hard time finding it. There are no food options around and it is not in a walkable area. But if you are just headed to the airport this place is great and even has a shuttle.

It was good for my purposes, a place to spend the night before I catch my next flight. No issues with the shuttle, check in was smooth, enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Shuttle leaves on the hour. All except at 2am and pm. So pick up is after that. From bus station at T2. I arrived 2x after 9pm and it was a zoo checking in. Planes come over until 2am. Start at 5am. On noisy road. Has snack kiosk. Had wfi issues. Non brazilian channels dont come in for some reason. I had issues with comfort hotels two cheapest classes. When i selected them it said it wouldnt do it. So, i chose this to punish their bait and switch.

Only one thin pillow on each bed, thin blankets. The staffing customer service was great. From the front desk, to security, to the kitchen team, all very kind and attentive, which sort of made up for the bedding situation.

We needed a place to rest for afew hours between flights, but this was not the place as it is located right besidethe take off runway. Terrible noise every few minutes. Not recommended for sleep. Good otherwise.

Paid too much for what we got. Room was much smaller than the description led me to believe it would be. The place basically gave us a spot to lay down for a little sleep. The twin bed was uncomfortable and too small, the pillows were awful, there was no bottled water available anywhere and the staff seemed less than interested in helping us locate some. Grateful our stay was only one night. Property did not measure up.

A localização é boa em relação ao aeroporto. O quarto bem limpo, só as toalhas muito finas, na hora de trocar. Enviei solicitação no ato da reserva, mas não foi repassado ao hotel.

Só o rapaz da recepção, não foi educado, eu já havia confirmado a meia pensão, pois chegamos cedo, ele falou que só poderíamos entrar no quarto antes, caso houvesse disponibilidade, mas eu já havia recebido a confirmação no aplicativo do hotéis.com que havia disponibilidade e que eu teria que pagar metade de uma diária e eu concordei em pagar. O restante foi tudo ótimo, café da manhã e almoço excelente, transfer para o aeroporto maravilhoso.

Hotel bem localizado, perto do aeroporto de Guarulhos que era minha intenção. Atendimento bom, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, o vaso sanitário não foi limpo, tinha um papel higiênico usado e urina dentro do vaso. E também restos de cabelo na pia. Fora isso o hotel é razoável e oferece serviço de transfer até o aeroporto.

Precisei de tomada 110 v e não tinha. Faço diálise peritoneal. Também não tinha um transformador. O banheiro estava entupido. O embarque e desembarque não tem um lugar coberto. Sou idosa e tomei chuva.
