«The front desk employees were very kind and helpful We loved the location though it was a little hard to find. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.»

«Just a great hotel with excellent service and location. Good breakfast and calm vibes Thank you to all staff»

«Location was good - parking in cruise terminal car park really easy and inexpensive €15 for 24 hours. Apartment had everything we needed and lots of we didn't. Only minor complaint would be that we didn't realise we would be looking at windows inside a lightwell so it was a bit dark and gloomy. If we had windows looking out to the town might have been brighter, but a comfortable easy stay.»

«Apartment perfectly located. We greatly appreciated the fresh bread and pastries delivered each morning as well as the fridge replenished with eggs, cheese, yogourt and fruit.»

«The perfect stay! This boutique hotel in Alfama is a true gem. Rooms are clean, look modern and recently upgraded. The breakfast area was gorgeous, same with the wellness area. What really makes this one of the best stays I've had is the great staff. Always smiling, helpful and attentive. I'd also like to mention, great made-to-order breakfast. If you are considering this hotel, go for it, you won't be disappointed.»

Everyone was so kind and helpful at the office location close by. They helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and also again when we checked out. They made sure our check-in went smoothly through email and when we arrived in person. They also included nice welcome gifts including a bottle of wine! The location was ...
