This cozy accommodations are a 20-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Gonzaga, where there is a large concentration of major universities (Medicine, Dentistry, Physical Education), shops, and two shopping malls. It's also close to pharmacies and supermarkets, just a 5-minute walk away. Praiamar Shopping Mall is also a 20-minute walk away. Enjoy this tranquil location right in the heart of Santos. The host is always attentive and available for any questions or problems; just send a message or call in more urgent cases. Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The house uses 220V electricity. We don't have parking, but street parking is easy and there are always spaces available. If you are inconvenienced, there are paid parking lots just a 5-minute walk away. We have bed linens, towels, a hairdryer, a washing machine and dryer, a stove and oven, a blender, a coffee maker, an air fryer, an electric grill, a microwave, and other kitchen utensils.
