Each room has the TV/AC/ fan’s remote controls on the wall.
The house has three sets of keys
1- The first set of keys is in the lock box on the house’s door; this key is for the electronic gate and the house's front door.
2- The second set of keys is for the First-floor doors
3- The third set of keys is for the Second-floor doors.
Everyday things:
1-Please take out the garbage every day on your way out. There is a garbage container on the left-hand side of the gate outside, next to the light meters.
2—Please help us provide better service by turning off the lights and air conditioner when you are not using them or leaving the house.
3—Please turn on the water heater 10 minutes before showering and turn it off right after a bath.

• Local Recommendations: Bravo supermarket, Colina Mall, where you can find different banks, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a playgroup.

3. Food & drinks are welcome, but keep them away from the water and filter.

5. No jumping or diving ‒ it's shallow and for relaxing.
6. Keep noise moderate ‒ respect neighbors and other guests.
7. Limit water time to 30‒45 minutes to avoid overheating.
8. Do not use oils or bath products ‒ they damage the system.
9. If you feel dizzy or unwell, exit immediately.
10. Enjoy responsibly ‒ relax, socialize, and keep it peaceful.

Upon arrival at Residencial Ciudad de los Jardines Casas, guests are required to enter through the pedestrian access and proceed to House No. 3, where the lockbox is located. The lockbox contains all keys necessary to operate the electric gate and access the residence.
