what did you like? I like the location. It is in the center of everything. I like the staffs. Very helpful and courteous at all times. What was unique about the property? The location. The glass floor. What didnt you like? The parking fees & accommodation. The breakfast is pricey for a fancy continental breakfast.

Amazing service from all the hotel staff !!! They really make you feel special a real 5 star hotel . Location very convenient inside the blue mall with lots of choices for high end shopping and dining options . Definitely will stay there again . I had a terrible experience, there was a very loud music until 4 am, this is the most expensive hotel in santo domingo, and I could not rest! Paid for parking, wasnt able to use it , had to go back to activate..: the phone in the room did not work, so I had to go down the lobby to order, my grand daughters went to sleep , came in late because I called, burned and cold, order more towels even as I said I had two toddlers in my reservation we were short of towels, hotel is very comfortable, and nice rooms, I really had bad luck

It is very expensive! For the parking need to pay as separate charges, the bathroom is dirty and the main entrance is not private. Need yo pay also 500 pesos per internet use daily. Is not worth its value.

Evrrybody was so pleasant. The staff was amazing they greeted me with respect. Check in was fast and easy. Will recommended this place and the Bkue Mall was attack didn't have to leave Marriott. Keep up the GREAT work you guys are doing.

Terrible old spring mattress on role away bed Both TVs in suite not usable Internet/Wifi not included Some doors stuck or only move with much resistance.
Roll-away bed was, even if confirmed by email before arrival, NOT in the room.
