They didn’t have “clean rooms” I had to wait for a complete hour in the front desk waiting, also my car was outside and it was completely covered in bird popo all around and none didn’t anything.

Booked a 1 night stay and was unlucky enough to experience an AC problem that affected the whole property including my room. Also, no water was available to take a shower. I decided to check out early. Factoring these problems out, staff was average. Its a good looking property with modern rooms but hotel needs to train staff better.

Hi, I checked in at 6pm.. had two rooms but one room wasn’t ready!!! Had to get ready in one room with my daughters and husband… with this said I was late to my activity. When I left at 8:30pm my other room was still dirty, not clean… waiting for housekeeping to clean it up!. Fail at this one.
