Room was dirty and smelly. Multiple areas of the room needed renovation due to breakdown.

The room we had was nice and large as their were 6 of us. The pull out couch was comfy. And the room and hotel were very clean. Staff were friendly.

The check in process was very easy. The desk clerk was polite and friendly and handled everything efficiently. The property is newer and nice and clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed here traveling down to Florida, and will do so again.

Poorly insulated walls that let sound in from outside the door, the building, upstairs and downstairs. The curtains were not blackout curtains that overlapped and let a lot of outdoor lighting in. Rooms were very poorly maintained and nothing was cleaned or updated

Average hotel, not bad and not amazing either. Beds and room were clean and overall the property was in neat condition. The microwave in the room was functional although it had rotary controls and one was missing! The bathroom could use some TLC. Water pressure from the shower was very minimal. The vanity/sink/mirror look old and lighting not very good. The space in the bathroom was great but just needed more to it to be quite par with the rest of the hotel’s overall pretty good allure. Breakfast was free but sad tbh, very limited and you have to make your own waffles and toast. The hot water dispenser did not have clear looking water, couldn’t come to drink it based on how it looked. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was pretty quiet.

La chambre semblait proprecependant nous avons trouvé une coquerelle (cockroach) ds le rideau de douche le soir vers 22h. Nous avons avisé la direction le lendemain matin seulement car il était tard... ns n'avons eu aucun rabais ou autre compensation. On nous a dit qu'on aurait dû les aviser avant....bien déçu

El hotel en si es tranquilo lo que no fue tranquilo fue la estancia en la noche justo en la habitación del frente después de las 12 de la noche llego alguien que al parecer no podia abrir la puerta de su habitación para ingresar y tardo mas de 10 minutos lo que me pareció abusivo haciéndo escandalo en la manija llegue a pensar que era en la puerta de la habitación que tenia yo por la cercanía del ruido como eso no es culpa del hotel le di esa puntuación el desayuno estaba bien variado y habia estacionamiento

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with Travelocity, but Travelocity is a third party reservation system, and the hotel has no control over that aspect. We sincerely hope your stay at the hotel was an enjoyable stay, and that you will not hold any harsh feelings towards the hotel for any issues you may have encountered with Travelocity.

Bathroom was “not” nice. Mold & dirt in several areas. Drapes would not function. Door to room would not close & latch unless you pulled it hard. Sad that this is the norm for a $150 room.
