«The breakfast room was too small. The coffee was razor thin and thus not drinkable for Scandinavians. Single use plates and cutlery gave an impression of being on a camping trip and not on a rather expensive hotel.»

«The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne.»

«Great mid-week stay at La Bahia! Hotel is new and clean and rooms and amenities were very nice. Staff also incredibly helpful! Valet parking recommended even though it’s a bit steep at $50+ tax as parking downtown is a bit of a mess.»

«A disappointing experience. When we arrived the patio door was not possible to lock properly, but they did not care. I had to threaten to leave if they did not fix it, which the finally did hours later. The bed was old and tired, with a bulk in the middle. There were no casseroles or pans or cutlery in the kitchen, so it was fairly unusable. The breakfast was however OK. This is not a hotel, but a worn down roadside motel. »

«Great location and good for family. They had beach volleyball balls for the kids to check out to play. The pool looked cleaned but some construction was on site. We enjoyed our stay. The view was so nice and relaxing. Wished we stayed longer than two days.»

«If your passing by and need a night to stay in Santa Cruise without paying to much I recommend this. Easy walk down to the harbor and we saw some amazing seals there. Breakfast okey, staff was nice and all you need for a basic workout»
