The tv didnt work on artival. Which is ok, but we only found out after settling in. Had to move rooms. Wifi is ridiculously slow...reminiscent of dial up days. Staff, great.

I liked everything about the property and staff at the hotel. The only minor criticism I can share is that the Starbucks coffee did not measure up to other Starbucks franchises that I frequent.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the bartender on the evening I arrived. She looked busy but was actively attending to guests. When I approached her, she gave me a dirty look and said she is backed up right now. Didnt offer to take my order just said that and continued working. Very unusual and unprofessional. Hard to gauge if this was her being overwhelmed or if it was discrimination. In any case I was too busy to report her to the hotel manager.

The coffee maker in my room #386 did not work. I reported it to the front desk on day one, day two still not replaced. Other than that very important detail, I had no complaints and the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. A little disappointed in the limited menu, and no microwave in my room.

Great hotel! Easy check in and pleasant staff. They do charge $10 for parking but that’s reasonable compared to most. Good location! I will definitely stay there again!

The Courtyard worked out well for us. It's like most other facilities by Marriott. Clean, well-equipped (frig, microwave, coffee setup). The bed wasn't great but otherwise the room was pretty good.

I didn't like the room layout. The shower was about 6 inches too narrow. The liquid soap dispenser is placed too close to the shower head making it difficult to use. The sink area is very small with little counter space. The lighting over the full length mirror is poor. They now charge for parking and don't tell you until you check-in. We paid for an upscale hotel but several less expensive hotels in the area have better user friendly facilities.

Disappointing stay
At 4:30am, the fire alarm went off. Ended up being a false alarm. Guests did not know what to do. I called the lobby and no one answered. When fire trucks arrived, I tried to evacuate but I couldn’t find the emergency exit easily. When I finally got downstairs, I learned it was a false alarm. The manager couldn’t get the elevators to work and I had to hike 5 flights to get back to my room. I did not sleep after that. In the morning I asked for a discount to offset my experience and she said she couldn’t do anything since I wasn’t a club member. That was poor customer service. I did not have a restful stay and although it may have been out of Mariotts control, I felt like a discount was reasonable for an approximate $200 room and evacuation at 4:30 am.
