Heavenly Angels Transient house is a new destination for travelers and families who are eyeballing for a quiet and more relaxed staycation in Nueva Ecija .We have 2 air-conditioned rooms with 4 beds and an extra mattress upon request and a hot water for your more soothing bath . You’ll enjoy chilling out at our rooftop and cooking your favourite ihaw ihaw at our grill station .Surf all you can with our unlimited fast wifi and feel that you’re always secure with our CCTV 24/7.

Note to remember:
Room 1 - can accommodate up to 6 persons , if guests like to have an access to second room additional fee of P 500 will be charged.

1. PAYMENT must be settled thru airbnb.Two bedrooms are available for 7 guests and above and if less than 7 pax, only one room will be accessible.
2. Check-in is at 3:00 PM up until 7pm as the latest ,otherwise additional fee of P 100/hour will be applied for every hour of late check in as well as early check in that P100/hour charge. Checkout is 11:00 AM ,if extension is requested , approval of the management is needed and will be charged for P100 fee per hour of extended time .This will give us time to make up the rooms for the next guests.
3. All guests must have to register in our transient log book with valid I.D’s for security and transparency purposes. Visitors are not allowed to stay or sleep with the guests without informing the management
4. Cooking is allowed, as long as you clean after use .
5. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms/house. Smoke at the balcony or terrace area and dispose cigarette butts into the shtrays
6. Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin.
7. Gambling and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
8. Turn off water faucets, lights and all electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house.
9. Lock your door at all times, we will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
10. Replacement cost shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of room keys.
11. Alcoholic beverage drinking is strictly prohibited.
12. Respect the privacy of other people in the house and the neighborhood, refrain from screaming or making loud noises. Any complaint of excessive noises or unruly behavior will result to discharge from the house without any recourse to refund.
13. Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury.
14. Using of Video Karaoke is allowed from 1:00 pm up to 7:00 pm.Video Karaoke is coin operated.
15. AFTER USE; keep the transient premises CLEAN CR/BR, LAUNDRY AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING everybody is required to clean his or her own dirts.
16. Flammables are not allowed to be installed inside the room.
17. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 30 days, the management has the right to dispose of these items.
18. Pets are welcome on the transient premises but guests are responsible.
19. For above minimum guest every additional person must charge for P260 and he/she can use all amenities on the transient house..
20. We have security cameras or CCTV located at the front facing the garage , one installed at the backyard and one at kitchen that are on during the duration of stay .
21. Our quiet time is 8pm.We are located within residential area so we are expected to be considerate of our neighbors or you’ll be evicted if loud noise is intolerable . You can stay at the rooftop a little late but make sure you’re not disturbing our neighbors. Act as a responsible
