The downstairs porch features a bench swing and is the perfect morning coffee hangout location or a great spot to grill out with some good tunes and conversation. Step inside and there is a generous living room with two sofas and two club chairs to comfortably seat family and friends. There is a large mounted Plasma TV as well, perfect for family movie nights after long days at the beach. Adjacent to the living area and across from the kitchen is the open dining area, featuring a large farmhouse table and chairs to seat six to eight comfortably. The adjacent kitchen has a breakfast bar seating area to accommodate three more. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities to prep and cook family meals at home. It is complete with plenty of cabinet storage, a two-door large fridge, an electrical four burner stove top, microwave, coffee pot, and just about everything you could need in a kitchen. The kitchen and breakfast bar area is a great place to commune over some wine, charcuterie, or a home-cooked meal after a long, fun-filled day at the beach. Additionally, this level has a full bath with a shower for your convenience!

Head upstairs to locate the bedrooms- one king primary suite with a large mounted Plasma TV, ensuite full bath, and access to a private balcony.
