With a huge private heated pool and hot tub, a pool house with a cozy fireplace and ping pong table, plus an astro-turf yard, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will love the basketball court, while the interior game room—complete with shuffleboard and a wet bar—guarantees hours of fun.

The built-in outdoor kitchen is ideal for entertaining, and head up to the 5th-floor lookout tower to take in the breathtaking, panoramic Gulf views.

Located just steps from Eastern Lake and Eastern Lake Beach Access, you're also within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants! This loaded home comfortably sleeps 26 guests, making it the perfect choice for large groups. Plus, a 6-seater LSV and 6 beach cruiser bikes are included, so you can easily explore the area with ease.

There is a pack n' play kept at the home for guests' use if needed, and an air mattress can be provided upon request.

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more also available upon request.

*We also manage two other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Eastern Hideaway (277 Eastern Lake- 5 bedrooms) and Morning Dew Cottage (285 Eastern Lake- 4 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access
There is a 6-seater LSV and 6 beach cruiser bikes provided for guests' use.
There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, with a free public parking lot available at Walton Dunes!

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
