Once you enter the bright and airy foyer you can access two ground-level luxurious primary en suite bedrooms with views of the water and direct access to the patio and outdoor seating. Both primary en suites have king size beds! In addition, the first floor houses the bunk room with two custom built bunks sleeping 6 total, with hallway bathroom and tub. Bunks are a twin over twin and full over full. This floor also has easy access to the laundry room with two washers and dryers and an extra fridge with ice.
On the second level, you will find the open-concept living, dinning and kitchen with floor to ceiling views of the water and access to the large deck and screened in area. Perfect for your morning coffee or entertaining in the evening. This level has the third primary bedroom, a king size bed with and en suite and two additional king-sized bedrooms and shared hall bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with streaming TVs.
This home is just a short distance from the popular Old Florida Fish House Restaurant and Beachy Bean Coffeehouse. Enjoy the many bike paths on one of the 6 bikes. This property also includes Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and umbrellas for long lazy days at one of the 3 beach access points in close walking distance.
