Experience the luxurious comfort of Waves, a stunning 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom retreat located in Seagrove Beach. This exquisite home accommodates up to 30 guests and offers a plethora of amenities to ensure a remarkable stay. Just a short 3-minute walk away, you'll find easy beach access, allowing you to sink your toes into the sand and embrace the coastal beauty. This home does come equipped with a Tesla charger!
Waves features a private pool with a convenient sitting spa, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. The expansive game room on the third floor guarantees endless entertainment with its air hockey table, foosball table, vintage arcade game, and two game-ready 44" TVs. Snuggle up on the comfortable wrap-around sofas, mix drinks at the wet bar, and savor snacks at the two large dining tables. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the spacious balcony and revel in the picturesque views of Seagrove Beach.
The first floor of Waves boasts a guest bedroom furnished with a king bed, complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer a seamless flow and overlook the inviting pool. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with premium appliances, including 2 Fisher & Paykel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 5-burner gas cooktop. The island with seating for 3 provides a cozy spot for casual conversations. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living area showcases two wrap-around sofas facing a 65" Roku TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, two dining tables, each seating 8 guests, are nestled behind the sofas. French doors lead to a covered porch featuring dining tables and an outdoor kitchen with a convenient gas grill. Lounge on the chaise lounge chairs surrounding the beautiful pool, which boasts a wide sun shelf and a sitting spa.
The second floor is home to four guest bedrooms, each offering a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool. These cozy retreats provide a tranquil haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

**Pool Heat is available Oct 1st - May 31st and can be added for an additional $55/day. Please note that the sitting spa is not heated unless you pay for pool heat as it is all on one heater.

BEACH ACCESS:
Take a short 2-3 minute stroll across 30A, and you'll find yourself at one of the best beach access locations along Hwy 30A. The Santa Clara beach access has ample parking for cars, golf carts, and bikes, as well as clean restrooms and a lifeguard stand.
