HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT GUEST NOTES

- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age (or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian).
- POOL & SPA HEAT: Optional pool/spa heat is available for $50/night. Must be requested and paid prior to arrival.
- PET POLICY: Pre-approved pets only. A $250 non-refundable fee per pet applies prior to check-in.
- SMOKING: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- STARTER SUPPLIES: A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, and laundry pods is provided for your stay.
