The space

Welcome to 'Just Beachin!'

This charming Prominence townhouse has everything you need for the perfect 30A getaway, with some of the best spots on 30A just minutes away!

Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-concept living space filled with natural light, beautiful hardwood floors, and stylish coastal decor. The comfortable living room is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, with a large TV and plenty of cozy seating. This area flows seamlessly into the dining area, complete with a round wooden table for 6, and then into the fully equipped chef's kitchen. Featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a gorgeous glass tile backsplash, and a large island with seating for 4, the kitchen is perfect for everything from quick snacks to family dinners. The laundry room and a half bathroom are also located on this level.

Just off of the dining room, step out to a private back patio overlooking a peaceful shared green space, the perfect place to enjoy the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or evening drinks.

All 3 of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a King bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a nearby hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The final bedroom is a bunk room featuring two sets of triple Twin bunk beds (Twin-over-Twin-over-Twin), also sharing the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking available for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, and 2 additional cars in the driveway.

As a guest of Prominence, you'll also have access to 2 beautiful resort-style community pools, including a seasonally heated, zero-entry pool located just 0.1 miles away from the home (about a 3-min walk)!

You'll also have access to poolside grilling areas, a fire pit, and easy access to over 17 miles of scenic walking/biking trails! Also, don't forget to take the LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore all that the area has to offer!

Guest access

Guests can enjoy complimentary access to Prominence's two huge resort-style pools (one with zero-entry), outdoor dining pavilions (with BBQ grills), fire pit, and more! One of the pools is also heated complimentary October/November, March/April, and the two weeks around Christmas!

A quick walk and you're at The Big Chill, which features restaurants, boutique shops, and the Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights!

BEACH ACCESS:
There are several convenient beach accesses!

-Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite!
-Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
-Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. A full charge will last for 15 miles.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, fire pit, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
