Welcome to, "Stones Throw Away," a luxurious beach vacation home situated in the gated community of Cypress Breeze on the west end of 30A. This beautiful home is gorgeous both inside and out, and features a fireplace, private pool, Spa, sauna, fenced yard, and surround sound! While staying at Stones Throw Away, not only do you get to enjoy all this wonderful home has to offer but, you are also able to use the fabulous resort style community pool, and are still only a 3 minute ride away from the spectacular white sandy beaches of 30A! As you enter the homes large foyer, your eyes are drawn directly into the large open concept living room and kitchen. The home is flooded with natural light and is perfect home for the Florida lifestyle of indoor/outdoor living. With large glass sliders spanning the whole first floor of the home, no matter which room you are in you have views into the homes outdoor oasis. Lush landscaping surrounds a beautiful spa over-flowing into a large pool that showcases a fire and water feature. Also in this very private, fenced in backyard you will find both a lounge area, dining area, and the homes well-equipped outdoor kitchen and bar.

On the homes first floor you will find the master suite, guest suite, half bath, full laundry room, and large open concept family and dining room. The gorgeous well appointed kitchen is a chefs dream, featuring a Wolf Range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Cove Dishwasher, Sub-Zero beverage center, ice machine, and for all the coffee lovers out there...a built-in Miele integrated coffee system! The home also includes a built in water purifying system so the water is filter not once, or twice, but three times prior to making its way to you! The Master Suite boasts a California King bed, a large set of sliders to the backyard sitting area, and a jaw-dropping en-suite bathroom. This bathroom is so amazing you might never want to leave!! Boasting an infrared sauna, wet room, lighted mirrors and a soaker tub that fills up from a water spout in the ceiling, this ensuite has it all! Additionally on the homes first floor you will find the first of the homes 2 king guest rooms as well as a powder bathroom with both interior and exterior entry for indoor and outdoor guests; a large laundry room, and mudroom area.

Cypress Breeze is a private gated community with resort style amenities and includes an oversized pool. The community is situated only a short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach, and only minutes from some locals favorite restaurants, shopping spots, and all the amazing amenities 30A has to offer!

Starter Amenity Package:
All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
