With a king in the master, twin bunks in the hallway, as well as a queen sleeper sofa, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Situated  in the heart of Gulf Place: a convenient coastal community in Santa Rosa that features 3 pools (All Pools are Seasonally Heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle boards, BBQ grilling areas, large outdoor amphitheater, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Discover the ultimate beach getaway at Gulf Place! With three exclusive access points, you have the privilege to choose your perfect spot along half a mile of pristine shoreline, where you can leisurely set up your chairs and soak in the sun-soaked serenity. A few steps away you will find an abundance of shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Caribbean building is in the middle of it all! The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere. 

This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.  

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This was our second trip to Santa Rosa Beach and our second time to stay at Gulf Place Carribean. Your property was very nice and well kept. We had all the amenities that we needed. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated that it was heated. We love that the beach is just a short walk from the property. Thank you!

Property exceeded our expectations. Incredibly clean and comfortable not to mention the central location for our vacation excursions. Living space was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed. Without a doubt will rebook in the future.

Great stay

Place is clean. Great location. Easy to park and access. Does not have extra paper supplies or liquid hand soap in the bathroom. We had to run to the store and get toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, liquid handsoap and a dish sponge.

Nice place but no WIFI all week

My overall experience at the place was good, but we had no WiFi all week. We did try to call but never got it resolved, so I wasn't able to work from the place all week. Also, I feel like the place could use a little more storage in the living room area. The construction was really bad at our place, and no one ever communicated this with us. The elevator was broken the first few days of our trip, so we had to haul all of our stuff up on construction stairs. I understand the construction was out of the owner's control, but it would have been nice to know about in advance. We did enjoy our stay a lot, especially the location of our condo.

Nice Place

This condo is updated and has very convenient access to the beach. The condo could use some updated outdoor furnishings. The building itself is being renovated but did not interfere with our stay. Overall this was a very nice place and would recommend staying here.

Great property in a great location

Great property in great location will definately concider it if we are back in the area. Well appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding. Although we didnt cook it appeared that it would have everything we needed. Spent lots of time on the balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was a comfortable temperature and very clean. Convenient and Cozy!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect size for the two of us. Walk to the beach is very short and convenient! The condo looked exactly like the pictures. My only critique is that the bed sheets in the bedroom really need to be replaced with new ones - the fitted sheet was very worn and was pilling. We ended up just pulling the top sheet back up and sleeping on top of that. Otherwise everything was very clean and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

This is the perfect location. We love this area. Condo is just as pictured. Very clean. Easy and short walk to beach. Private beach entrance that’s not as crowded as the public access. Several eating places on property and several cute little shops at Gulf Place. Quick response on any questions. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We really liked this condo. The location was perfect and the place was very clean. My only complaint is that there is not enough storage. The description says it sleeps 6 and it does but there is definitely not enough room for 6. Much better suited for a small family or 3, maybe 4. Having only one dresser had most of us living out of our suitcases. Dryer could have worked better as well. Overall our vacation was awesome!

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and pool was great. Condo was nice. We really enjoyed the gift basket they had for us. It was also great we had a few days of the household essentials to use incase we couldn’t get to the store or forgot something. Bed was comfy! Overall, amazing place. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome property

great property close to everything . only negative is you can hear every single footstep and sound from upstairs. we had a family staying above us with small children running around and screaming for hours which made it difficult to sleep or relax due to the fact it sounded like elephants most of the day.

Great experience

The condo was perfect for our small family. The property could use a little help though. The hot tub bubbles were broke our entire trip and it was a big selling point for us. The stairs to our unit were closed off, forcing us to have to use the elevator or steps further away. That was frustrating. The condo unit itself was very nice though. Updated bathroom and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. There were enough linens supplied. Coffee pot had the option to use pods so that was convenient. The washer was very small so don't plan to wash big loads. Dryer was better; it fit our 4 beach towels easily.
