Our home, Linger Longer is a true sanctuary in a highly coveted location in Old Seagrove, this immaculate 5BR/6.5BA Gulf view retreat was custom-built by Alex Rice of Old Seagrove Homes. Our perfect location enables you to toss your car keys upon arrival and enjoy walks or golf cart rides to everything you desire. Publix, liquor store, Old Seagrove shops, restaurants & food trucks. Most favorable to us are the walks and lazy days on Seagrove Beach.

Private courtyard walls surround our outdoor oasis with a gunite saltwater pool, outdoor shower, a fire pit and a grilling & dining area creates a peaceful, secluded ambiance. For those seeking quiet time, refugee can be found on the second-floor deck enjoying a suspended daybed, on the master second floor deck or venturing up to the 3rd floor tower boasting 360 degree views. Our family treasurers the sunrises and sunset from this vantage point!

Every detail of this home has been meticulously selected and the quality of materials are evident from the moment you enter the gorgeous mahogany front door. Sonos speakers throughout the home make it easy to enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing at your beach home. The elevator is located on the main floor right as you enter for easy access to bring your belongings up to the second floor.

Our staircase to the second floor leads you either to the right or left. To the right you'll find the Master Suite, king bed, sitting area with a desk, attached spa bathroom, large walk-in glass shower and separate soaking tub, attached walk in closet with washer/dryer and a master balcony. Outside the Master suite you'll find a wet bar with small fridge, coffee maker and a seating area that opens to additional bedrooms. The east facing bedroom has a king bed, desk and attached bathroom with double sinks & glass front shower. The next bedroom on this floor is south facing, opening to a back porch with a suspended daybed and table to enjoy coffee or cocktails. This bedroom also has a king bed and attached bathroom. To the left on the stairway landing, you will find the bunk room containing two built in bunks (4 twin beds), a seating area including two sofa beds with an adjacent bathroom. The positioning of this room is ideal for the "littles" to get their sleep early and the adults to continue their evening without sound travelling up to the dreamers above.

Our main entrance area is spacious and enables a seamless flow to the utility room, stairway, elevator, first floor guestroom, outdoor pool area, living room and kitchen. A chic coastal style creates a bright and sunny vibe where pecky cypress accents contrast with white walls and carefully chosen design features. The living room boasts a grand tabby shell gas fireplace, two full size couches and two club chairs that swivel, enabling a pool view when the accordion glass doors are opened bringing the two areas to combined. The kitchen boasts a 8 gas burning stovetop along with a large marble island with additional seating at the breakfast nook or dining room table. We have equipped the kitchen to suit our family's cooking needs and do hope they are enjoyed by yours. You'll also find ample space within the kitchen and eating areas to accommodate a hungry crowd or supportive onlookers while the chef creates. Additions you will find are ice maker, wine cooler, several coffee makers, toaster, air fryer, two ovens and a microwave.

The beach we walk to is Seagrove Beach (6 min walk), we allow our guests to use our family beach stash in the garage. This includes chairs, toys, wind tents, umbrellas, wagon for travelling to beach, as well as two bikes. If you rent a golf cart you can easily make your way to Watercolor Way where you'll find Publix, Watercolor Liquors, ice cream, pizza, small nail spa, barbeque restaurant. Central Square (14 min walk) you will find Old Seagrove Shops, restaurants, food trucks or simply meander the old sandy roads leading to quaint homes nestled throughout our beautiful little neighborhood. Airports are convenient from Linger Longer, Dentin FL. (DSI) 34 minutes and Panama City FL (ECP) is 42 minutes away.
