Natural light bathes the living room in warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere. Floor to ceiling curtains are available when it’s time to sink into the comfortable sofa for your post beach nap. Sign into your favorite streaming services on the Smart TV to enjoy family movie night.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an island perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The spacious setup allows multiple people to cook together, as well as setup buffet style serving. A Queen Guest Room includes a private entrance to the Gulf facing covered patio along with an electric fireplace. A private workspace with desk is available in the bunk room and offers a quiet place for any remote work that needs to be accomplished before enjoying the sunshine. All bedrooms are setup with TVs and closet storage.
Step outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze on the expansive deck or take a short stroll to the nearby beach access. For added convenience, the home comes with 4 taxi bikes, making it easy to explore the beautiful neighborhood, local shops, and dining spots along scenic 30A.

Walk to Stinky's Bait Shack for Sunrise Happy Hour and Cherry Coffee Roasters coffee from New Orleans. Pick up a fishing license and bait for beach fishing while you are there. Set up your fishing pole at the nearby Dune Allen Beach Access or Fort Panic Beach Access! Take a bike ride down 30A to shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including top rated Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Walmart and Publix are less than 10 minutes away for groceries and beach supplies. And don't forget Topsail State Park is only 5 minutes away for family adventures.

- Area Construction - Our area is getting more popular each year! There is a possibility of nearby construction, community changes and projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
- Entry to the home is on the 2nd floor and requires the use of stairs to enter the home.
- At least one mid-stay clean is required for any reservation 10 days or longer and this cost is included in your reservation. Extra cleans can be scheduled for an additional fee
- Cameras are present at the home entrances for security
- We welcome up to 2 well-trained dogs, 60 pounds or less, with your reservation. We do ask you let us know if you wish to bring your pet and you pay a non-refundable pet fee. Any unauthorized pets may result in fines and possible eviction without refund. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beaches per county ordinances. Local dog parks are available and the 30A walking paths are a great way to explore 30A with your pup.
